Closets by Design is hiring Sales Designers in Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo Metropolitan Area MUST RESIDE IN THE AREA
- Are you an experienced “Sales CLOSER?” Great Negotiator? CLOSER? Can you thrive in a Commission + Bonus Sales environment?
- Are you creative, with excellent communication skills and like helping people?
- You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Sales Designer, you can enjoy working for the LARGEST Closet Company in North America . You will receive “ best in industry”- complete sales and design training.
- We are looking for people who have:
- EXPERIENCED STRONG Sales Closer! (required)
- Interior Design background (preference given)
- Committed to follow our Sales Model
- Have a car and a valid G License (required)
- Must have a laptop and installed Microsoft Office (required)
- Must Live Kitchener/ Cambridge or Waterloo area (required)
- Full 4 Month paid Ramp Up Period
- Earnings with Bonus (45k-65k 1st year) Several of our designers are well over 6 figures.
- No Cold Calling; pre-set appointments
- Excellent marketing materials
- Great support from management
- Work out of your home base (except for meetings and training)
- Flexible Schedule (from 4-5 days per week and up) Work more earn more!
- Ability to thrive in a commission/bonus sales environment
